1. How long before departure do I need to be at the airport?

Private aviation significantly reduces airport waiting times. In most cases, arriving approximately 20 to 30 minutes before departure is sufficient, depending on the airport and operational requirements.

The King Air B200GT offers generous baggage capacity for both business and leisure travel. The exact amount depends on passenger number and flight distance. Our team will be happy to advise you based on your itinerary. We recommend soft-sided duffle bags, as these make optimal use of available space. 

Pets are welcome on Alpine Wings flights, provided they have the necessary travel documents. Please inform us during booking so we can ensure a comfortable and safe journey for both passengers and animals. 

Complimentary refreshments are available on board. Additional catering requests can be arranged in advance based on passenger preferences and flight duration.

The King Air B200GT is ideally suited for operations from many regional and smaller airports, often allowing passengers to arrive closer to their final destination.
